To Reduce Conflict

A way to reduce conflict particularly among religions and other philosophies is first to realise that Jesus was human like us but also could not have been a Christian in his lifetime. Christianity was created by the Roman foes of Jesus some years after his death (see the Davis Dictionary of the Bible page 135).
The Roman scheme of Christianity was based upon their need for expansion of what became the Roman Empire yet it required the appearance of goodness and love as had been practiced by Jesus and for which he had been murdered by crucifixion. The formation of Christianity was then inaugurated upon the following basis.
Recalling that Jesus had been anointed - christos in Greek - by Mary with oils the Romans suffixed the name of Jesus with the word Christ to appear as though their doctrine followed that of Jesus who they had earlier despised. Jesus was known for the love described by Plato as ‘without physical desire’ which remains to be seen.
It is not difficult to realise that the Roman Empire was built on a ‘political’ falsehood as shown by the centuries of corruption, greed and bloodshed; in reality there are few organisations which are without such blemishes for the want of leaders who teach their adherents the conduct of platonic love and goodness of Jesus.
So, Christianity was fabricated - at a time when the followers of Jesus were vulnerable - to cover the nefarious deeds planned by builders of empires. Even today they and other religions and philosophies will continue similarly unless humans like Jesus adopt plans and procedures that can reduce conflict. Here’s the tough angle.
Jesus knew that the Spirit of a Creator was in the ‘being’ of every living thing. Peoples of old had come to call their Creator by the generic name of God and that name was broadly accepted; a tiny bit of that Spirit, quite naturally, was instilled into each of us for use in life at large – wherein some handle it beautifully, some badly.
The use of the title Christ and its derivatives have become customary so it may be difficult to minimise their use but as they were created under false pretences which broadly have not been achieved, the title Jesus remains supreme for goodness and the Spirit of Love which remains wanted from each of us all the time.
‘God’ as the title given by Abraham at a time before other religions were established would be a good starting point as recognition of our Creator and of the mysterious ‘life’ within us all even within atheists and other non-believers. In the effort to bring betterment to all life on earth the philosophy of our Godlyanity is clear.
Recognition of us as Godlyans to form Godlyandom on earth would encourage the practice of love in two acronyms namely: TASKS for Truthfulness Accountability Service Kindness Selflessness to achieve PEACE for Peoples Ethical And Cultural Excellence...after which the religions could remain autonomous.
OR must we continue our self-inflicted suffering for the want of this new effort…if only for the sake of our children’s children?

To expect humanity soon to achieve betterment requires that we adopt the wisdom, the strength of will and the urge of people to overcome the fears and greedy forces among us.

People now realise that we have gone too far on paths of free-will to a point almost beyond the merit of each of us to contribute integrity before every thought word and deed after which all philosophies and religions could adjust their conduct yet remain autonomous.

More suffering by self-infliction could be converted into self-recovery by the appreciation and practice of TASKS - acronym for Truthfulness Accountability Kindness Service Selflessness to achieve PEACE – standing for Peoples’ Ethical And Cultural Excellence which become TASKS for PEACE and entirely up to us.

Appreciation and practice of the foregoing during the challenges ahead will help together with compassion for others less able to cope. By minimising the fears yet encouraging spiritual fortitude for mental comfort - notwithstanding the changes which we are all about to experience - could be supported by the spirit that helped Britain win WW ll.

Appreciation of Human free will and the Spirit of Peace

There is a variety of meanings to describe PEACE which may be the absence of war; a state of harmony between people and groups; absence of mental anxiety; a state of stillness, silence, serenity, a state of friendship; these meanings are well known but to achieve most of them is often beyond the wit of humans even though the majority may yearn for them.
To expect humanity soon to achieve betterment is to overlook modern conditions of fear and many greedy forces among us. TASKS for PEACE are axiomatic and could become the generally accepted principle epithets for us providing we have the wisdom, the strength of will and the urge of ‘power-with’ among the people to carry them through.
Humanity has long experienced unfettered freewill and though the material benefits may appear outstanding they are – in spiritual and human behavioural and environmental terms – questionable as first priorities in relation to attaining PEACE by the ‘appreciation’ of love and integrity contained within TASKS for PEACE as shown below.
Freewill is a gift within us rooted in the teaching of love at the peril of self-inflicted suffering. People now realise that we have gone too far on paths of free-will to a point almost beyond the ability of each of us to contribute TASKS before every thought word and deed after which all religions and philosophies can adjust their conduct yet remain autonomous.
A way to avoid more suffering is for the self-infliction to be converted into self-recovery by the ‘appreciation’ and return to God with His Will of LOVE in TASKS - acronym for Truthfulness Accountability Kindness Service Selflessness for PEACE - Peoples’ Ethical And Cultural Excellence which are TASKS for PEACE and entirely up to us; the sooner the better.
Appreciation of the foregoing requires calmness to deal with the challenges ahead; have compassion for others less able to cope; do not fall for their fears yet encourage their spiritual fortitude and mental comfort notwithstanding the changes which we are all about to experience; with love to all.

Peace, a world without war, starvation and violence.

As many of my generation have been through the horrors of world war 2 we have been dismayed at what happened to the world we fought for.

It will take time and strength of will to achieve a better world for ourselves and future generations but it can be done.

We have free will.

We can demand of ourselves, our political and religious leaders that Truth, Accountability, Kindness and Selflessness (TASKS for short) are not forgotten as we compete for the material gains which mean so much to us.

To Lovers of Peace

Humanity – we have problems; can we extend Virtues Formula to stop the killing?
Commentators about global problems often describe the blemishes on human life and sometimes loosely say that ‘something must be done’ or words to that effect but they rarely suggest a means or action by which to alleviate the problems.

Invariably any means or action needs to be described positively and also relate to human behaviour in every philosophy, religion and way of life recognisable in this quotation from Plato and supported by an introduction to The Virtues Formula:

“The ills of the human state will never disappear until, by God’s Gift, those who are sincere and true lovers of wisdom attain political power.” Plato, 428-347 BC

God’s wisdom is our sense of morality by integrity and love, coined as Godlyanity; most believers in God, secularists and others already affect such attributes, it is the lack of moral leadership and wider integrity in many walks of life that needs improvement.

Everyone can improve their integrity and love by the adoptive ‘segments’ of both being spelt out as Truthfulness Accountability Service Kindness Synthesis to form the acronym TASKS as The Virtues Formula before every thought, word and deed to achieve wider human benefit globally.

Currently the media are reporting that scientists are researching the possibility that the electro-magnetic fields of ‘violent’ human hearts affect the energy fields of Mother Earth resulting in an increase of the incidence of tsunamis, earthquakes and man-made pain; could humans be motivated to widen integrity and love to minimise the disasters?

Well being, love and peace are achievable after effecting TASKS; religions could remain autonomous, secularists retain their views and all philosophies could benefit from a state of balance resulting from The Virtues Formula to herald PEACE for our children’s children - or do we not have the courage to face the issues?

A new era of love is at hand in this Age of Aquarius, let us generate it.
Our profound priority is to contribute to unity and wellbeing by uplifting our moral and spiritual life in Godlyanity – a belief not a religion; if diversities remain we could just ‘agree to differ’. Corruption and killing resulting from greed and ‘power-over’ could convert its present energy for munitions and war and suffering to be put to better use for human wellbeing. Democracy - confrontational politics.

Democracy is confrontational politics and the outcome of greed and power-over. Can we afford the price in the corruptive and killing world today? Couldn't run a business that way!

Consider the broader political genre of COSMOCRACY similar to the administrative practice of the Baha'i Fith - without prime ministers and presidents who otherwise become dictators to the detriment of their people.
